I am pleased to announce the publication of "Catalogue of digitized rare Sanskrit Buddhist manuscripts, Volume 2."

The catalog is the second outcome of a pioneering effort to conserve the endangered literary heritage of the Kathmandu Valley of Nepal, the Rare Buddhist Manuscript Preservation Project (RBMPP). I would like to thank my friend, Dr. Iain Sinclair, co-author of this catalog for all his painstaking work and the University of the West for sponsoring this project.
