Dr. Miroj Shakya, Director of the RSBMP project, recently visited the Dhammachai Tipiṭaka Project at the Dhammachai Institute Foundation in Ayutthaya, Thailand. During his visit, he gained valuable insights into the center’s digitization techniques and processes. He also explored text editing tools, discussed the potential for integrating AI to enhance the project, and identified opportunities for collaboration between the two initiatives. Dr. Shakya expresses his heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Suchada Srisetthaworakul, Head of the Center for the Study of Ancient Palm-Leaf Manuscripts (CSAM), for the warm invitation to visit the center.
